WIN / CIN / HIN lookup

I know there's an online database to search for info about a boat with it's Hull ID number (or watercraft ID number, or whatever). I've used it! So I'm feeling a bit dense not to be able to Frustratingly, I can't find it now. I figure that while I'm scratching my head and feeling rather foolish, I might as well ask for a reminder on here - if anyone can post the link it would be appreciated.

It has moved. Used to be on Jim Shead's Canal Junction site. Now at Canalplan as above.

The canalplan listing allows you to check against navigation authority registration number, but not CIN/HIN.
