it will depend on individual income, and you need to apply , its not a given. CAB might help, they are online.

there's a way round that ....... open an account in the Cayman Islands........... a British Protectorate since 1670! Surprisingly wealthy island considering they only export a few coconuts.

Yes. 

Make sure you're conversant with your right to claim whatever as a live-aboard though because it's odds on the Customer Service Agent on the front end will be deeply confused.
