i got resident morring ..and i pay consul tax ..and i dont get  any help with this ...we are both semi retired myself only been semi retired two months

it will depend on individual income, and you need to apply , its not a given. CAB might help, they are online.

there's a way round that ....... open an account in the Cayman Islands........... a British Protectorate since 1670! Surprisingly wealthy island considering they only export a few coconuts.

yer lady g ..you are right there ..being serious for a min ...when we fully give up work ..i for sure will look into it ...i mean getting help not the cayman islands ...2 mill ...well its nice to dream ..lol.

Yes. 

Make sure you're conversant with your right to claim whatever as a live-aboard though because it's odds on the Customer Service Agent on the front end will be deeply confused.
