Toilet filling up

Good morning. 

My Tecma mascerator toilet keeps filling up, not after every flush but most times. I've changed the solenoid in case it was sticking, but it's still doing it. Any ideas please.

It's fresh water coming in.

IIRC at the back of the flush switch there is a dial to adjust water usage . I cannot remember too clearly as its some since i had a tecma .

It shouldn't fill up at all unless you press the pre-flush button. Even. So, it doesn't do it all the time.
