Problem with SF stove

Featured Posts

I have a becton bunny SF stove. I've noticed that there's a very small gap visible on the rear blanking plate, (presumably where a back boiler would be fitted if I had one) meaning it's possible to see a glow from the fire (from the back) when it's lit. I'm guessing this is not right? What's the best way to fix this?

Cheers

Possibly..... the blanking plate has 2 or 3 lugs to twist it into place (probably 2 as the bunny is a small stove).

Perhaps the plate is simply not fully twisted into place and needs re-seating. Whether you need additional sealer (cement / high-temp silicone??) I'm not sure.

Perhaps give these guys a call.......  http://www.aarrow-stove-specialist.co.uk/
