Why not just google marinas in the area you are interested in ? There are more marinas in some areas than others .

Try http://forums.canalboat.co.uk/

Then click on waterways, then marina guide. Click on the area you are interested in on the map, then click on a red dot to get to the marina website.

Slight problem is that not all marinas are on there (probably only those who advertise i the magazine).

I think the CaRT waterways online guides may also list marinas by waterway.
