Yes - waiting for the steel fabricator to arrive & sort out the anchor windlass mounting bracket.

3-days of reasonable forecast and stuck with no anchor !!!!

Think there's a law about that. 

Our steel work is done. Awaiting refloat tomorrow.

I was up at 05:30 with the dog, but then went back to bed!

It is our last morning on the boat before returning home, and he always wakes me up between 05:00 and 6:00 when on the boat, presumably because it is a new environment every day and he can't wait to explore it. 

When at home he is happy to sleep in late around 07:00.

Thank you all for all your suggestions and replies , we are buying the boat on sunday and will consider all points , we have a secure mooring for the next 3 months to size everything up, i will let you all know how we got on and what we will decide to do , thank you all again.
