Bugsworth basin stoppage

Hello,

We have received a stoppage notice for Bugsworth.  It says the middle basin arm is closed, but the big red line on the map suggests the whole Bugsworth Arm, and thus the basin too.  Does anyone know if this is what it means, or is it  (hopefully) just part of the basin?

if its true then enforcement officers need to tighten up on the Whaley bridge moorers to give visitors a chance .

its  for Information marked with an "i" , doesn't affect navigation,except on the Middle Arm. If the mainline was stopped, it would show an "X". Clear as  the mud in the Peak Forest?
