M-S-D
Probably because someone suggested it early on, I was thinking this was an Enfield Z-drive. [Two pics] However, having acquired two manuals they both contain diagrams like this. [Image] Where the arm connects is different. Any suggestions to what it is? X Alan W
There was an outdrive leg Brand "Sonic" which resembled the Enfield in many ways IIRC Enfield parts were used in it's manufacture. Google Sonic Marine drive leg again IIRC they tilted rather than swivled Edited July 2, 2017 by X Alan W

M-S-D
Thanks for all the replies. Do seem to be lot of similarities with the sonic 70. See Sillette have a site, the "sales brochure" on there for the 70 doesn't quite look the same. I'll see if I can talk with them. No luck so far in finding a service or operator manual for one. X Alan W
Looking at info on the "Sillette" site it seems the leg you have contains the FNR gears in the leg, the latest leg seem to require an engine/gearbox inboard the leg just provides the drive their site says they carry all spares & do repairs so you should be able to get it up & running Good Luck
M-S-D
Just to update, and in case anyone should come across in the future, the guys at Sillette have identified it as a TRANSADRIVE
