Yup, thanks to the very generous folks on this forum I do seem do do pretty well :)

 

that was why I was going to say - "on the other hand"

So. Please enlighten us. What type of boat? Style? Length? Fittings? Engine? Stove? If we're expected to hand over our hard earned savings I want a damn good spec sheet! What pray tell would you give back to the community who help, or is this higher risk than sending my bank details to my long lost aunt in Nigeria?

Not being familiar with gofundme.com I took a look at a few of the supporting pages, including this one

 

So it looks like the site hosts will take at least 7.68% of anything donated.

 

So for OP to raise his required £60K you guys and gals actually need to contribute more like £65K, I think............

 

Dig deep!

I'm sympathetic to this person's plan.

However I don't want to donate via https://uk.gofundme.com

 

So to help on reducing OP's costs if he'd like to send me his bank account details starting with the long number and expiry date I'll ....errrr ..... do my best, oh don't forget the last three numbers on the back as well, will you?

 

In order I can be assured I'm investing in someone with potential, I have to insist he has a good faculties, so please answer the following: -

 

Memory - Can you remember your PIN No. Write it and send to me, so I can judge your accuracy.

Artistic- Trace around the outline of your house key.

Animal lover - Have you any big shouty dogs? Which snacks do they prefer?
