Simple Lunch

This was a simple lunch but tasted great and proved to be quite filling.

 

Baked sweet potato with tikka tuna.

I've been on turkey for lunch and dinner for the last 4 days. nearly finished it.

 

turkey, ham, coleslaw, branston and mayonnaise in white buttered steam baked bread. ........ yummee!

Hmmm tikka tuna is something I have never thought of, do you just add paste or powder?

 

Still keep.meaning to try jacket spuds in the stove.

This was some paste. It works so well with sweet potato.

 

We often wrap them in foil and stick them in bbq coals so no reason they won't work in the fire.
