Phoned CART this morning to renew my licence , had an email 15 minutes later with the new one ready to print off, very quick service indeed.

Same here, tho maybe not within 15 mins for the email, shame I haven't received the mooring permit I paid for in the same phone call 6 weeks ago!

If done on line do they still send a renewal ref number?

Seem to remember someone on here saying not now needed. Not due till Dec. So plenty of time yet.

When I did ours in June, they sent the licence and invoice in the same email as attachments. Came back within minutes! And everything correct!!!

You don't need or get a reference number anymore, you just log on and renew, all simple stuff.

Nice to see some praise for CRT. I've always found them helpful.
