Our contractors are working alongside our engineers to overcome the failure over the next 72 hours, and will be working over the weekend to rectify the problem. Closer to the former, as I understand it, seems it may be that safety mechanisms fitted when the lift was rebuilt are not adequate mechanically. Big Bob W Posted June 2, 2015 Report Share Posted June 2, 2015 Hopefully getting sorted in the next day or so. Fingers crossed, we are planning on going down on to the Weaver in a couple of weeks. "01/06/2015 @ 13:08 Our contractors will return to site on 3rd June to replace faulty components which were identified as being needed during our investigations.
