To get some help how about telling peops on here more about the boat and what needs doing. eg is it afloat, or on land?

carlt
It's a bit far for me to offer practical help I'm afraid but have you read "Repair and Restoration of Wooden Boats" by Mike Harper and "Wooden Boats: Restoration and Maintenance Manual" by John Scarlett which both are great for describing how a lump of rotten wood can be returned to it's original boat shaped state.
