Just a quick one, whats the drill diameter for cleaning out the glow plug bores?

A standard length 11/64 drill is not really long enough to secure a firm grip on the drill shank and reach the bottom of the glow plug orifice. What you really need is a long length drill but to date I have been unable to find anyone who sells them, so use a long 4mm drill, it is actually 0.37mm undersize, but works fine. These can be obtained from Screwfix at 79p each.

Thanks for that. Last time i did the job I modified an old glow plug ( chopped both ends off and drilled to size) and used as a drill guide.
