The inner ring is made from one length of wood, bent to shape eliminating unsightly joints and creating an extremely highly durable structure, superior to others that I've seen on the market.

 

The facia ring is crafted from eight pieces, bonded together using strong waterproof polyurathane glue, with a moulding of your choice around the outer edge.

 

They are sanded to a beautiful finish, ready for installation.
