Hi I know nothing about engines, engineering, gearboxes and the like. My sincere apologies. I have a narrowboat with, I'm told, a Lister LH150 Hydraulic Reverse gearbox. Having made it through the Standedge Tunnel, it started to cut out when I put it into reverse. Initially it would restart and move into reverse okay, but it became progressively worse on the downhill stretch to Huddersfield, and since getting to Mirfield I was unable to get it into Reverse at all, it's permanently stuck in forward gear. I've got it down to a wharf in Wakefield and they've checked it over, but it's nothing particularly obvious (adjustment etc) so I need advice from an expert - is it fixable? Am I looking at getting it taken off and sent away somewhere? New gearbox time? Help! Thanks Rob

Hello, I have a Lugger generator (Model number: M673LD3.5) and it keeps tripping out (or appearing to) when i switch to generator input - there isn't a load on it at that point and the fuse is intact. Any ideas? Does it just need a service? Thank you for any help

Hi, I am hoping someone can help. We have a Webasto thermo pro 90 on our narrowboat. It has a fault. We have completed the re-set and seem to have got round the lockout problem. It now shows fault code 16, exhaust temperature fault. Any ideas or tips on what could be causing this, or how to fix it? Also, when we ave checked everything else, there is a leaky valve leaking the coolant/water from the webasto under the bed. Bit messy and can't seem to tighten it. I feel an engineer call out might be needed, but am asking here first. Thanks in advance, Vic

Hello, Ok so I have a leisure GRB6GVK gas cooker (which is new to me) but I cannot seem to get the bottom oven to work! Very annoying ! It has been converted to LPG as it was from a house. There are two ovens and the top smaller oven makes a noise when the gas is coming out so I know it is working even before I light it but I cannot hear anything from the bottom oven (ie no gas coming out?) any suggestions ? Perhaps its something simple but I have had a good look inside and at the back, anyone have any suggestions ?? Any suggestions appreciated I realise it is quite a specific question. Thanks Martin
