ballast and floor is put in then shell is battened out useing 2x1 tannalised battens ready for foam spraying

all handrails and fittings welded in place shell is then fully die pended and fully cleaned down ready to spray and black windows cut and fitted

. Cabin sheets are pressed to shape roof boxsrolled and welded into place ,then lifed into place strightened tacked into place ready for next sheet

front and rear bulkheads are tacked in place ,rear self draining deck is tacked in and then all fully welded ,front deck is cut to shape and all fully welded

bows cut to shape then pulled into shape ,water tank is then built into bows and fully welded

Thanks for your kind words. You are right this is nothing to do with Floating Homes. The reference on the web address is because Darke Group always owned the Floating Homes web site. The Darke Group parted company with Floating Homes in April 2008. From experience Darke Steel will not be doing any boat fit outs and I will not let any boat leave the workshop until the boat is complete and accepted by the customer.
