Ok great, thanks Richard. I was mainly concerned about the potential of the water condition being affected, thank you for the reassurance. I'll leave her sitting peacefully
Hello,
I recently dropped a brass hose pipe nozzle into my water tank (like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RHS-Brass-Hose-Nozzle-with-Quick-Click-Adapter/222260324744?epid=1442768070&hash=item33bfbf6988%3Ag%3AeVsAAOSwAuZX5rUq)
Any tips on getting things as such back out again? How bad is this likley to be for the water condition if it is not really that possible to get back out?
Many thanks,
Laurence
Good morning,
I recently had some new anodes attached whilst re blacking (anodes attached post blacking). I also had some welding on the stern of the boat that is currently bare steel, that I can now see is rusting rather fast. This has got me somewhat concerned that the bare steel weld points on the anode attachment points will be the same?
Am I going to have to be reaching into the pockets again get out again to paint these?
Many thanks,
Laurence
Entertaining is certainly a word I would reach for!
I can also not find in there which is the cap for the oil re-fill *attached picture
sorry for the basic Qs
Wonderful, thanks Richard
Arthur- I have this one : http://docslide.us/documents/lister-sr2-manual.html
Couldn't find the answer to this in there, but maybe I was being a silly one?
Cheers Laurence
I've just found the exact answer in the manual, apologies!
Hi Richard, thanks for welcoming me into the fold
How much IS 'all of it' though? So I can plan the size of disposal container and the such
Thanks,
Laurence
Currently embarking on my first oil change, how much roughly should I be expecting to be able pumping out via the dipstick pump route?
Thanks
*It's a Lister SR2
