    Thanks everybody for your help,I'm looking at therecheshire houseboat barge This craft is built as a specially designed craft which may qualify for being sold at 0% vat. I do intend to live abroad so no worries with HMRC ,just thought I'd give you a bit more information as you've been a great help so far thanks again.??
