Dear all Thank you for your responses, we're going for the 120 replacement, just waiting for the logistics from RCR. Having done some research overnight, I think the 150 upgrade over the next 12 months will be high up the list of work to be carried out, in the Marina environment , having spoken to both PRM and Lancing Marine over the last 24 hours, I can only say what a great support they have been. Were broken down with the PRM120D clutch cone issue, like many others who have had the same issue we have reverse gear but very little forward drive, now of course we're now wondering had a 150 unit being used would we be stuck here awaiting fitment, I understand the 120 is manual and the 150 is Hydraulic actuated, what is simply lay terms would that mean to me is operating the unit and is the upgrade easy, we run a barrus shire 38hp engine.
