  1. It took me a while to adjust but cutting out dairy sorted out all my sinus problems so is obviously the right thing for me. I think everyone needs to do what is best for their own body. We all have different needs. I would have that deep fried on occasion - I never could manage being good all the time!

  6. I am afraid no mooring is a deal breaker for me. I'll put me cash back under the bed then.
  7. They do however distract the onlookers who then don't notice me make a right mess of things!
  8. Thanks for the link, that is now on my birthday must have list.
  9. I am making a mental note to reduce 'nagging' to once every 12 months..........
  10. i have a similar problem on my boat, my youngest lives there and to be honest I am going to have to give in and go over and give it a good clean out - I am told to stop hassling and it WILL get done but WHEN??? As you say, it is my boat and ultimately my responsibility <sigh>
  11. It is probably too late now but Quality Save and Wilko's in Sale also sell coal. I would second the recommendation of Liam though, he keeps most types of coal (and other supplies, it is worth checking his site out) at good prices.
  12. I would recommend finding a boat with a permanent bed. I share a 40 foot boat very happily with my husband and am glad it has a bed, the 'novelty' of making a bed up every night and unmaking it in the morning would very quickly wear off I think.
  13. I agree that Timperly/Sale is ok and Sale has the advantage of all the shops and easy access to the Metro if you decide to tram into work. Watchhouse is lovely though and well worth going the extra distance in my opinion No, I am not related to Richard - I just like Watchhouse, particularly at Halloween!
  14. I emailed asking the question but never received a reply.
