  2. Passed Pandora on its home mooring before. Looks so sad and badly damaged! Any news on this incident???
  3. Excellent cheers We are now debating to use the whole to weeks to do it with a trip up thr caldon or do it in a week and head up to chester or towards Llangollen
  4. another stupid question but are all the locks on the FCR narrow locks? or are there any double locks on the staffs ans worcester etc?

Thanks for your sarcastic comments now i actually have a 2 week trip booked would also like to head up to chester after the FCR To be honest i tend to be wide awake by 6am while on boats so iam normally up & off after a full english breakfast & shower by 730-8am and always stop to have a nosev Around the villages.and tend to stop around 5ish.i do plan were am going to stay over etc thou.

  7. I really enjoy visiting the shady oak. Often moor there when we go from bunbury and sometimes often drive out to it for sunday lunch Glad to see its improving

  15. There is a boat moored on the lymm crusing club moorings called Merlin owned by an elderly couple which is steered using a twheel but also has an emergency tiller
  16. excellent i love cruisng in the rain but i much prefer the sun haha! when i was out on Larch over the weekend i discovered how good it is to have a stove In the boatmans cabin lit as your crusing along lovely and warm around your legs! Ive just been on Lymm tv www.lymm.com/webcams if you go on to cam 5 its the moorings from Bridgewater house. There is a boat moored yup a light blue crusier stern with White and Yellow bands. I see this boat moored up everytime i go through Lymm. I often drive up for Lunch and go the golden flecce. When we left Lymm on Sunday it was moored at just before the winding hole.

  19. It was that day boat speeding a long was the reason I was on the wrong side haha. Have passed aerial a few times moored up at Sale but looks great now you have had her painted etc... Well done. You must of left Lymm pretty early then on Sun morning. I was just getting ready to cast off at Lymm to head to the winding hole and swing Larch round when I saw a boat approaching. The man onboard said I wouldn't bother yet I'd have your lunch & try again didn't really understand wot he meant till I I saw boats followed by more boats behind all covered it bunting. I ask on couple wot is was and it turned out to be Lymms C Clubs first outing to Grappenhall! Was a sight to see then all passing the they looked great all 70 odd moored at grappenhall as I passed later on!
  20. Hi Liam yes i saw you but was a little embarrsed as i had came around that bend on the left hand side as had a near miss with a load of drunks on board the day boat from thorn marine shouting abuse! I did walk along the moorings at liam to introducevmyself but you seemedpretty busy
