Do you know a Moondog?

I saw an interesting and pretty boat near Swindon Lock on the Staffs & Worcs yesterday. 

Called Moondog, it was a sort of narrow Dutch barge with barge bows, a lot of sheer in the hull sides and a fold down rear canopy. 

Altogether very attractive and unusual but, of course, I didn't have my camera!

Anyone know anything about it?
