Arthur Marshall
On my SR2, the unused fuel goes back to the tank via a 1/4 inch banjo attached to a 3/16th bit of pipe, which has broken. It's been bodged enough to get me home but I'm having trouble sourcing a replacement - according to the parts list, it looks like it was originally part of what was attached to the leak off pipe (marked with a "2" on page 53 of the manual, if anyone's got one). To get the whole thing and chop off the bit I need is going to cost about £80, which I'd rather not - any ideas as to where i can get this from? Bee
I would imagine that any hydraulic outfit could do this, try googling Pirteck, should be one somewhere near.
springy
Looks to me as if that is soft soldered. Just remake the joint with silver solder or braze and it will be OK. Springy

That whole scene was ficticious, the boy was not playing, and the left hand fingering was being done by someone else hiding behind him. Furthermore it is a five string banjo capoed on the second fret, which would have made the uncapoed fifth string out of tune with the rest of the strings. The boy was miming to a recording. Err Yes of course I do, but there was a lot of speculation at the time about the boy being the actual player, something that the film makers were initially reluctant to admit. However that was a far less imprtant issue for them than the law suit they faced for using the music without the consent of the writer
