Bow Cratch Repair

Hi , I am hoping to repair my cratch cover addind toggles and replacing a zip  , I need to purchase both, not sure where would be the best place to do so .

Firstly though I would like to know whether anyone has any tips to make the cover more supple. Its a heavy vinyl that has become quite brittle. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm not sure that PVC can be made supple again once it's lost its plasticisers from UV degradation. Any treatment would, I would have though, tend to sit on the surface rather than be absorbed. 

Unless anyone knows any different?

I bought all my cratch material and hardware from Acorn Canvas and the chap was very helpful so worth giving a ring.
