epoxy coating

I need advice on the preparation to over coat a steel hull with epoxy the hull is 11 years old and epoxy coated from new

As I understand it, if the epoxy you want to put on is compatible with the stuff already on the hull, then abrade to provide a key and apply as instructed. If not or you do not know what is on it already then back to bare steel.

Even if it wasn't, it must have been a pretty good surface for the epoxy to have stayed on for 11 years without problems.

he has not said what state its in .but like you said if its still good ...i will have some of that please ...i got to 2/pac  in september
