Muntjack deer.

Bloody destructive in our orchards.  A nuisance on the roads 'cause if they jump in front of you the car is totaled.

Duke of Bedford imported some to Woburn before it became a safari park and some legged it, or so the story goes.

Go well on a plate though with seasonal vegetables and the hide makes a good mat.

Like this.

I haven't had the opportunity or wish to make the mat, though.  One of the reasons that we need a wolf population as top predators.

with most modern cars if you hit anything the car is totalled.

best I have seen is a pigeon that went through the front grille, through the radiator, through the fan and was still solid enough to get caught up in the belt and throw it off a pulley (shredding the belt and the pigeon)

Did the radiator leak?
