Please allow extra time for the lock to level off when penning up at Fishpond Lock. You should allow 20 minutes after the lock level light has come on. If the gates won’t open after 20 minutes, please empty the lock and repeat the whole process again.

If the gates still won’t open please call 0800 4799947 for assistance
