Take a look at the Pierhouse at Port Appin. More of a restaurant than a pub, but in a beautiful setting and on the route from Fort William to Oban.  I think you can moor on the ferry pier, but I'm pretty sure there are mooring buoys as well.

 

We have discounted the Pierhouse as we are planning on heading to the Holly Tree Hotel at Kentallen which is a very similar set up and is only a short hop up the coast from Port Appin.

Both have moorings buoys for visitors and use of the hotel facilities.

Bow hauling through Fort Augustus Locks is no problem and the lockies are really helpful.

One thing they don't have though is any Sunday trading restrictions, so supermarkets are open as normal on a Sunday.
