Wasted space in mobile Unread view

Apologies if this has been covered already, but if so I haven't noticed it.

On the PC and Tablet versions of Unread Content there is a small round icon of the poster, with a speech bubble, to the left of each title. That's fine. But on the mobile version that icon appears followed by a broad line of blank space with the title on the next line, presumably to fit as much of the title as possible on the line. This blank space occupies about a quarter of the screen (in landscape format, slightly less in portrait) and is a huge waste of space which also causes much unwanted scrolling.

Can this perhaps be improved?

We plan to add an additional theme to the site which will likely replace the one you see now. It will bring many design improvements. Though we will leave the existing one as an option for those who would prefer to continue using this one.
