for example, will show anyone items only, unread and from the past day.

It seems to me that each time a member creates a unique stream the number at the end of the URL increases by one.  I just created 143 which shows be unread topics since my last visit.

This can be used to send Newbies a link to their perfect custom stream - they just need to bookmark it.

If you go to stream 15 you can see that it was created by David Mack and there is a button to add it to your custom streams!

Some numbers don't work, perhaps because their stream was deleted by the creator.

I just use the "Unread content" link on all pages. 

Seems to be the same thing as VNC on the old system.
