Paddington Basin: hard hats needed?

An exclusion has been put around the building called "The Point" which is at the entrance to Paddington Basin. This is due to a degradation in the building's facade and the risk of objects falling from a height. Mooring close to this building is suspended from 9 February 2017 and until further notice. Please see local signs.

I think this is the building on the corner on the left as you turn from the last bit of the Paddington arm (ie south of Little Venice) into the basin proper.

No it isn't, The M & S head office is next door but they may rent some offices in it. When it was built the Point was occupied by Orange Telecom but that was a while ago.

Agree it's the one on the inside of the turn into the basin. Fortunately should only affect a couple of mooring spots as there are two wide beams on permanent moorings there.
