Much recommended! I caught this morning's installment, thanks to a kind neighbour who knew I'd be interested and alerted me. Julian Glover has an eye for the telling detail and the reader - sorry, can't recall his name - is excellent.

Just listened to the repeat at 12.30AM. I didn't know much about Telford's background, so was surprised and pleased to find that I knew his childhood places well, and that many people I know share their names with his neighbours and contemporaries.
