Site policy is that all members are thanked for their reports, exceptional circumstances apart, so if you have sent in a report and not had a PM of thanks Nick then that is very from ideal and I apologise.

 

At times when staff are short the number of open reports can grow, but it is very raire for the initial action on a report not to be within a few hours, and at present for instance the number of open reports is a quite reasonable 4 all of which are in process, three of which where raised by staff, the fourth of which the reportees have been contacted. One of these is discussing what to do about the member which is beinf refered to in the above posts.

 

James T'Berk is an 'Virtual Pub Local' operated by member Sir Nibble.

VPL being an member sub-group set up by the previous owner to allow approved alises to be operated by members, with the Virtual Pub forum area only.
