You can say what you like about him but he has done the job he was employed to do. I have passed at least 3 boats that have been in the same spot every time I have passed over the past 3 months. now I know they could have left and come back, but I doubt it.

I don't understand this post, does that mean he hasn't done his job or he has. You could stop anyone doing anything you don't like, by force, but it's against the law.

As fqr as I can judge from the posts it's not that he doesn't do his/the job it is the obnoxious/jobsworthway he carries it out

I spent 5 days on the Bridgewater recently and saw no sign of any mooring enforcement at all.
