ROBDEN
Morning all. Using the classic ”ladder” formation of four batteries and the take offs at opposite ends for the last two years, is there any advantage to be had in swapping the take off points? ie: Now, +ve on battery one, -ve on battery four. Change to +ve on battery four, -ve on battery one. My length of cables and battery layout would make this easy. Thanks for any help/advice. Rob…. andyb116
I recommend you look at the Smartguage website, it shows you the various ways off doing it and the best way, with the figures to back it up.
Kae
No, but from my reading, there may be some traction in swapping the inner batteries to the outer position and vice versa. This is because the outer batteries work marginally harder than the inner two. However, it's a very small difference.
