Today, after much nail biting, we finally secured the mooring we want for our boat...got it for the reserve price too...result!!!

 

...yes really, after over ten years of hiring, begging and borrowing, we are finally getting our own boat!

Yes, the boat is close by and the mooring couldn't be better...

 

We have a dry dock and surveyor booked for the first week in October, but I don't anticipate any problems as she's been very well maintained. I'll be very surprised if the survey shows any problems.

 

Just counting down the days now!
