I have tried twice to post a for sale for a eco fan and twice it has not appeared,,,am I doing something wrong? I need guidance

If it is in the "for sale and wanted" forum it needs moderator approval before it can be seen.

 

Often it seems to take a long while for a moderator to spot the requirement, and to make it "visible".

 

So "no" you are probably doing nothing wrong!

Sometimes the mods spot them in minutes (my last two were) and approve almost immediately sometimes it can take a day or even two if no body spots it, it depends who's on and when.
