Those very nice people at Norbury Junction hire out trads at very reasonable rates. Which reminds me they haven't contacted me since I moved a boat for them from Dudley to Norbury, oy Simon got anymore jobs!!!!

Just been looking at union canal carriers

We hired from them a couple of years ago

Loved the little boat we had "Wrekin"

Had a nice feel to it if you know what i mean

And the stove helped dry the clothes lol

A real sounding boat and with a chimney

Sorry. Simple things in life please me

We have never hired from UCC but I always admire their boats as they go by. They havea pleasingly traditional look (some, I believe, are 20 or so years old), and some of them even have delightful-sounding Norwegian Sabb engines.

Ours did and, I know what you mean about their sound

And the forward and reverse lever seperate to the throttle

Felt like you were on a real boat (if you know what I mean)

We loved the trip

Even though it rained most of the time

Definitely worth a look :)
