David Schweizer Posted December 11, 2004 Report Share Posted December 11, 2004 A standard length 11/64 drill is not really long enough to secure a firm grip on the drill shank and reach the bottom of the glow plug orifice. What you really need is a long length drill but to date I have been unable to find anyone who sells them, so use a long 4mm drill, it is actually 0.37mm undersize, but works fine.
