Do we have any reports of how far up they are this morning, please ?

I'm not sure I can resist the temptation to get the car, 9and probably the dog!), out to go take another look!

I would love to try to help do some locks but I think they will be well out of our area by after w*rk this evening. I will try and take a look at lunchtime if I can locate them.

Sorry mate but you can toss canal planner out of the window when you are loaded

The going is MUCH slower due to no water, shallow bends, continuous Moorers, putting pins back in because idiots cannot tie their boats up properly

etc etc etc

Oh I do agree totally but it just shows the size of the job if you were not towing! Will Chris be back to work on Monday?

There's a gay version of canal planner where they leave out the C

Hi,

They seem to be spread out, last two (Arundel & Joe) cleared Cowroast at about 9.20 to-day, these two then cleared Marscroft bridge @ 10.20.

Leo.

Actually they were relatively close together down Maffers, but some hire boats got in the middle and split them up slightly.

They came past our mooring at Pitstone fairly regularly, although there was a slightly bigger gap to the last pair.

Different order today - times at Pitstone....

Victoria 11:22

Archimedes & Ara 11:38

Themis & Callisto 11:56

Arundel & Joe 12:31

All going well, but found a lot of low pounds in Berko, and summit was hard work too.

I'll post some pics shortly.

I thought a few were turning out for marsworth, but didn't see anyone else not with the boats.

Can't see what the problem is. Lots of fresh air and sunshine with a little gentle exercise. What better recuperation could there be?

Themis and Callisto at Bridge 123 at 1pm. They told me Arundel and Joe were behind so I went to Lock 34 but there was a Wyvern Hire Boat and a private boat coming down. Now I see you clocked them half an hour behind I couldn't have waited around that long unfortunately!
