Morning all, Just a heads up the the bottom gate (Oxford end) of Grants Lock on the South Oxford seems to be obstructed below the waterline again. I say "again" as a forum search reveals this to be a common problem. I squeezed through by pulling up my fenders and co-captain leaning on the gate. A following 70 odd footer didn't make it. This was last Wednesday and it's well known, so well known that nothing is being done about it? Anyhow I'm North of it now, good luck if you're going South as that will be tricky... SS

Evening all, I'm still attempting to find a contact at Aynho to discuss putting a boat in there from a crane fitted flatbed truck, but with limited resources beyond my phone which is not the best living like I do I'm finding it quite difficult! Any help is gratefully received!! Photo is not my boat, or truck for that matter... but an example of what I'm on about Thanks! SS
