Air cooled, I have made various enquires , I recently purchased some Indian ones but were poor so they had to be returned. I have genuine barrels , but they would need machining to +.40. Wanted to see what was around first as some old stock standard would be nice..

I'm looking for 2 genuine (oe) lister Hr series barrels.does anyone know of a source . Apart from the remade Indian ones . Would prefer new standard bore. But gladly consider other options. Many thanks in advance.

The bottom end was purchased complete I am led to believe, for the block to be used , in order to keep the engine useable in the boat while the cracked one was repaired. It was stripped down a the block was used! However the block hasn't got repaired an is sitting in my garage , with all the bits photographed. I unfortunately can't be any more use than that, as engines aren't a strong point. I could do with the space in all honesty so I am open to offers via PM. Hope this helps

If anyone is interested I have an early bottom end, in bits, includes block which is cracked. But is repairable, I'm told. It has been standing for quite sometime, but I'm sure there are many parts that are useable. Trying to clear some space. Get in touch if interested.
